Through the description of the current compensation system and the analysis of the problems in Zhenjiang Zhenxing Group Corporation, this paper puts forward the suggestions on improving the corporation's compensation system by applying modern compensation theory.Beginning with the introduction of the compensation theory, this paper elaborates on the classic and modern compensation theory as well as the implication of comprehensive compensation system, and illustrates the content of motivation theory in modern compensation theory. It demonstrates the corporation's current compensation system by making a clean breast of the situation of this industry and the particular historical background of the development of the corporation; besides, it analyses deeply the problems within the present compensation system with the compensation theory. Finally it brings up the suggestions and specific measures of establishing comprehensive compensation management system against the existing problems.
