It is very obviously that the logistics industry impact national economy. The development of the logistics industry will become an important link of economic development in the future. If the logistics industry of our country wants to follow the step of economic development closely and integrate with the advanced logistics mode it must develop in the direction of modern logistics service mode. An important characteristic in the modern logistics service mode is networked. This text studied the problem of settlement network the important problem in the logistics network.This text introduced the relevant research of the logistics development model and application of settlement-net at first. Then the text explained the development process and current situation and trends of International Trade and E-Business and their influence to Modern Logistics. Through analysis the development course and development trend proved it is inevitable to set up the settlement-network in modern logistics service. In third part, this text used induced institutional change theory and transaction cost theory to describe the connection between the modern logistics service mode and settlement-network. Then this text explained a settlement-network solution plan provided by Bank. Finally, basing on the system theory this text structured a fund settlement-network system that is suitable for the modern logistics service mode. Then this text studied YUCHAI Logistics Company as a case and analyzed the thinking and principles of constructing its settlement- network.This text attempted to structure a settlement-network system that is suitable for the logistics service network. And offered a theoretical foundation for the actual operation of logistics enterprises, at the same time it offered a reference for the relevant research about fund settlement-network of logistics industry in the future.
