Studies On The Income-increasing Ability Of Rural Labor Force

ABSTRACT The Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC brought forward the strategic goal to build a well-off society in an all-round way.As we all know, the emphases and difficulties are all in the country if we want to achieve the goal.The well-off society in an all-round way will not come true if the farmers are also poor.In 2004,the first policy file of our central government also pointed out that there were also many problems in our present agriculture and countryside,and the prominent problem was that it was difficult to increase fanners' income.As we all know,it's an effective method to increase the farmers' income to transfer the rural surplus lobor,but there are some obstacle factors in the process of migration,and the income-increasing ability of rural labour force is weak is an important handicap among these factors.These abilities include the modern-agreculture production ability,the farm produce marketing ability.the job-choice ability,the carve out ability and the risk-resisting ability.This paper studied the income-increasing ability of rural labour force in details.It starts off from these ability indexes and takes into account the main income-increasing ability factors,try to find the main handicaps,that is to say,to look for the reasons why the farmers are poor.After the analysis,we want to make the orientation that how to exploiet and train the income-increasing ability of rural labour force clear, to put forward academic support for surplus rural lobor migrants,and bring forward some politic suggests to strengthen the income-increasing ability rural labor then increase the income of farmers.The studies indicates that the income-increasing ability of male is stronger than that of female.On the one hand,the experience of the elder is abundant,so it's easy to form the income-increasing ability,on the other hand,the knowledge of the elder is dated,and the ability to undertake new technologies of elder is weak,so they often lose chances.The degree of education is more deep,the knowledge that the rural labor possess is more abundant,they can carry some chances then increase their income.Those rural labor who move to cities and towns to work ever,they possess experience of work outside of country,their ideals are advanced and their income-increasing ability is strong.Those rural labor force who own self-confidence in job often embody that they possess one or more technologies or they have long-tern job experience,they can gasp chances and get higy income-level if they are self-conficent in job,this ability is formed in long-range,and it has become a main...
