Research On The Selection Of International Operation Strategy For Chinese Enterprises

Along with economic development in each county of the world and the progress of economic intercourse between countries, Economic Globalization trend is more and more evident. This trend brings both opportunity and challenge to the economic development of China, and also forces Chinese enterprises to think about how to adapt and get better to participate in international competition and cooperation. In order to response to Economic Globalization, our government put forward "Go Out" policy in our 10th Five-Year Plan Outline for national economy and social development; Enterprises must set up international operation strategy to extend their scale and improve their level, and fully make use of two resources and two markets, so that they can plunge into international labour division and cooperation in wider range and deeper degree.On the above circumstances, this paper expatiates on the necessity and feasibility for the strategy of international operation for Chinese enterprises. Followed, this paper introduces academic theories about international operation, which can guide Chinese enterprises to outspread international operation, and points out realistic significance of each theory. This article summarizes international operation into five patterns, and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of each pattern on the basis of comparison. This paper combines its research to the practice of Chinese enterprises, and concludes experiences and lessons of Chinese enterprises in their international operation by two examples. Finally, it brings forward principlesin selection of the international operation strategy for Chinese enterprises.This article includes five parts. Furthermore, this article makes some new views on the analysis of the patterns of international operation.
