FLP DAP Co Distribution Channel Research

The main purpose of this thesis is to offer some reference proposals for our Chinese similar enter-price through the research of operational means and measures on management of distribution channel of global company in Fortune 500. This article dose not focus on researching and developing the theory, and explain too widely and specifically about the management of distribution channel. It emphasizes on illustrating of procedure management, member management and conflict handling in channel management, introducing and analyzing the way of combination of 3 critical issues which existed in current distribution channel and company daily operation.Section one is the summary, introduce the research goal, content and method.Section two, introduce the theory of distribution channel management in brief.Section three, FLP market situation introduction.Section four, the focus part of this article, analyzing the FLP distribution channel and management in western area.Section five, take inspiration from FLP channel management study .In general, because of the characteristics of my job, the article must have some shortage and limitation, such as have not enough strategic altitude and plenty theory, the field and specialty limitation. So that please each reader must be take care of this aspect.
