Base wage system is an important part in salary management. Salary management is the core of human resource management in the enterprise, has a tight relation not only with the economy evaluation and benefits of the enterprise, but also with the benefits of the employee. Reasonable and efficient wage system, not only inprises the enthusiasm and go-aheadism of the employee, urges the employee to fulfill the organization objects, improves the orgization benefit, but also attracts and reserves talented and competitive employees under the increasing fanious talent competition.Position wage by object, as a significant role in the position salary by object system, is the base wage system in the enterprise with a allotment gist according to the position values, the ability, performance (consists of person performance and department performance), attitude and the abidance to the operation produre during the work process, a guidance of object enactment and its completement and a major content of base wage and performance wage by object.Position wage by object consist of three basic elements-the position rank list, wage rank list and wage classification list, five characteristics-systematism, strategy, economic, hige adaptability and self-control, six advantages-inspration, equity, wage cost, guidance, urgence of object and performance, performance relations between indiridual and team, strategy.The position wage by object design includes position rank structive design and wage rank structive design. There are two steps in position rank structive design, the classification of position rank and ability rank of employee. In wage rank structive design there are three steps, wage ranking, wage classification and the confirmation of wage standard.To actulization control indudes base preparation, process control and feedbank appraisal.
