Performance evaluation is usually the course of analysis and evaluation which is work performance work ability and work manner of HRM in a period. It is objective and synthesize. It use scientific theory and method and objective standard. Its result is regard as the basis of HRM and the evidence of wage management. This paper investigate and discuss the performance evaluation of LinXi mine company of KaiLuan Group. First, the paper analyze performance evaluation and the exist cent deficiencies , put envisage of reformation. Second combined the modern HRM theory with quantity analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis respectively, the paper design performance evaluation index system. Third, the paper set standard and method of performance evaluation by the basis of position description. Finally, the paper are study and analysis of wage management which is take as performance evaluation .
