A Study On The Reconstruction Of The Object - Object Relationship In The Public Sector Personnel Management In China

Management activities has the features that historic and dynamic, so do the definition of management object and subject will also be updated, and the relationship between them has undergone profound changes. In the traditional organization scientific management theory as a guide for the organization, leaders take initiative between the subordinate and the formation of a conflicting commands- obey relationship, the relationship between subject and object that limits the play managed objects initiative, hind the smooth realization of management goals. With the advent of globalization, knowledge-based economy into a new era background, knowledge workers require us to change the appearance of management concepts, we must pay attention to the needs and values of the object, to re-examine the working relationship. In this paper, based on the basic concept, we learn the concept of management subject and object and the change. Then, analysis of the current personnel management of the public sector primary object relations division and the reasons for specific performance, the paper put forward the method including management philosophy, management mechanism, management psychology and management practices.
