| The development strategy of a corporation is strategic polices which is ruled by administrators. Its purposes is that establishing the role of the corporation, successfully conquering the competitors, satisfying the customers, and gaining high profit. The development strategy of a corporation must be ruled according to the conditions inside or outside the corporation.The software industry has been developing very quickly in China. And now, there are more than 10,000 software enterprises in China. After more and more foreign companies entering into china, there must be furious competition. How to compete against the competitors is a question to all Chinese software enterprises. Guangzhou Mawide Tech Ltd is one software enterprises in Guangdong Province. The author wants to research the development strategy by using the knowledge I have learned. The paper consist of four parts. Part one is summarization. It introduces the background why The author choose this subject and the theories the author will use. Part two introduces the environment inside or outside Mayvide Tech Ltd. In part three, The author try to rule the development strategy of Mayvide Tech Ltd. Part four introduces the frame of strategic execution.
