The Evaluation Research On Investment Environment In Liaoning Province

A favorable investment environment is a precondition in absorbing foreign investment to develop local economy. This thesis uses the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, evaluates the investment environment in Liaoning province by comparing with the other province in China, based on the research, compartmentalizes the type and phase in Liaoning's district. In virtue of the principium and methods of regional economics and developing economics, find ways to ameliorate Liaoning investment environment.Results show that Liaoning's integrated investment environment is not bad, it's the ninth in china. The advantage is transportation, communication, social work, and so on, disadvantage is energy resources and water conservation, market environment, human resources, etc. The paper divides Liaoning district into four types and three phases. So, ameliorating its investment environment should be well considered and planed as a whole, treat differently on each district, and improve the occasion.
