Real estate forms national important component of wealth, it and the masses of production and life of people are close and related. And with human progress of productivity, with the development of society, real estate status in the social economic life is conspicuous day by day. Nowadays in the world, real estates in a lot of countries and regions have already become one of the important strong1 points of economic prosperity, occupying quite important position in national economy. As to our country, the real estate has played a great role in national economic development too. Its potential development trend indicates its status and function with the same meaning among our national economy. Its status and function among national economy are more and more important and can become the pillar industry of national economy progressively as country with developed economy too. The development of real estate has reflected a very important show window of development of regional real estate. Utilizing statistical methods, the comprehensive evaluation and statistical analysis to the development of real estate in all regions of the country can offer a good reference to weigh regional development and national economic development of real estate.This thesis utilizes methods of factor analysis, correlative analysis and correspondence analysis to analyze the development of real estate by region in China. It gives the comprehensive evaluation and some statistical analysis results. Through statistical software SAS for Windows8.1, it gives the rank of 30 regions on the development of real estate and discusses several factors which influence the development of regional real estate.Firstly, this thesis uses the factor analysis to carry on comprehensive evaluation to the development of real estate. Because this method eliminates the overlapped information of primitive indexes which is harmful to comprehensiveevaluation, it makes the result more rational and reliable. Regarding the variance contribution rate of each factor as right count weight, this thesis gets the evaluation score and rank. And these weights which are provided by factor analysis are objective and make comprehensive evaluation fair and objective.Secondly, this thesis analyzes individual index of every region with correspondence analysis. Difference of development of regional real estate causes to the difference of development of seven indexes. Model R factor analysis or Model Q factor analysis can draw common factor of index or regional common factor, but they only can get index classification or area distribution and can't reflect the interrelation among the regions and indexes of development of real estate. Making use of correspondence analysis this thesis probes into the quality and insufficient in these indexes of the development of regional real estate.Finally, this thesis gives the correlative analysis about several important factors which influence the development of real estate. Energetic economy development can raise resident's family income, improve the people's living standard and promote the development of regional real estate, constant development of real estate too can drive a lot of other relevant development of industry on the contrary, Then a benign cycle is formed and will promote the constant development of China's national economy.Through comprehensive evaluation and relevant statistical analysis in the development of real estate, we can receive some helpful inspiration and expect to be able to offer better train of thought for healthy and stable development of real estate of every area and enable economy of our country to grow vigorously under the leadership of real estate.
