The Feasibility Analysis And Policy Choice Of Developing Cattle Raising In Southeast Guizhou

Cattle raising is a very important part of husbandry production. Developing cattle raising industry is of great significance for improving the structure of food and increasing farmers'income. Southeast Guizhou has already got a certain degree of foundation in cattle raising industry, but compared to the average level, there is still a certain gap. As the economy is develeping and people's living standard is improving, people's need for beef is increasing and the importance of cattle raising in the country is getting more and more outstanding. The government's policy for encouragement of developing husbandry provides good conditions for the development of cattle raising. The cattle raising in Southeast Guizhou should be combined with the characteristics of mountainous areas and proper policies and measures should be made for the cattle raising in these areas.
