Haoyue Group has become the biggest meat cattle industry group in Asia and the first one in China.This project fully utilize the good foundation of local meat cattle breed, labor resources and the favorable factors of Haoyue Group that is engaged in meat cattle fattening, slaughter and precision work. It is the good project that brings about a advance in local industry and agriculture and widens the ways of production and administration.The project has enough material supplies, vast vistas in product market, and high technological level at low cost of production in order that the project becomes good economic and social benefit and has more strong ability against risks. Various items come up to advanced national standards on average. It has various products and is among the best of the successful candidates of export and making-exchange.This chapter introduces the cause of the project proposal. First, the problem starts from "three agricultures" problem that is puzzle about totally building a comfortable society. To solve this problem is impossible only to depend on the government support, but istovigorously develop a group of important pole and backbone enterprises under the basement of the government support. Secondly, these trades, such as corn and livestock farming, meat industry, breeding, cattle materials, feed-processing, meat products, chemical fertilizer and their attached trades, such as leather industry, biological products, organic fertilizer or manure, are now analysed and researched in many fields. These trades not only make Haoyue Group obtain great profit, but also promote economic construction convert binary economy into three unified economy, so it is essential to produce beef. Finally this chapter also introduces the development situation of the processing project.Chapter 2 includes forecast of market demand. Started from the characteristic of advance, an organic whole, outward orient, high technology, accordance with international quality standards and large social benefit, the present condition at home and abroad is analysed and researched, meanwhile with progressively adjustment of our national meat construction, eating pork is mainly converted to eating beef.
