Analysis Of System Of Third Party Participation In Dispute Settlement Mechanism Of WTO And China's Countermeasures

The system of third party participation in dispute settlement mechanism of WTO is an important embodiment of its transparency principle. It has high effectiveness and validity and has made unique contribution to the perfection and improvement of dispute settlement mechanism of WTO. It is significant for China to participate in dispute settlement mechanism actively as the third party. In analyzing basic principle and concrete regulation of the system of third party participation in dispute settlement mechanism of WTO, this article has summarized and researched the procedure, empirical practice and present condition of dispute settlement mechanism by analyzing typical case of China's third party participation. Finally it puts forward proposals and countermeasures to utilize the system of third party participation in dispute settlement mechanism of WTO actively.
