Sighed the free trade area of the legal system gradually from the framework concept to more specific aspects of development. China-ASEAN dispute settlement mechanism as a free and easy trade zone"safety value", not only the image and its role and significance is also worth to be recognized.The use of comparative analysis and case analysis approach to be a comprehensive study.The paper is divided into five parts. First of all, the uniqueness of the China-ASEAN dispute settlement mechanism overview; Secondly, the world’s other major dispute settlement mechanism, such as the WTO dispute settlement mechanism and NAFTA dispute settlement mechanism was introduced, and China-ASEAN dispute settlement mechanism system; then obtained summary of the aforementioned contrast, lack of China-ASEAN dispute settlement mechanism; Finally, the specific response of the mechanism for the China-ASEAN mechanism.Therefore, the dispute settlement mechanism of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area both from the system settings, or technically raised a lot of improvement and recommended that the arbitration procedures set, review and implementation of the final ruling of arbitral awards other aspects are mentioned to improve the comprehensive strategy for the spirit of promoting the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area of the dispute settlement mechanism to be more perfect, effective, mutually beneficial as a starting point for the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area of the economic construction and trade and mutually beneficial cooperation to provide more effective legal support.
