| In recent years, the food and beverage chain industry of trans-regional development of our country has occupied the leading position of the food and beverage market gradually. However, there are some insufficiencies while the food and beverage chain industry develops fast, such as lacking of a smooth logistics system, the information-based level is low, and so on. These problems restrain the food and beverage chain industry develops fast and continuously. At the same time, they restrain the promotion of the wholly level to a certain extent.Bases on some theories, such as supply chain management, production management, etc., and combines the relevant research results, this text is studying on the relevant questions of supply chain system of food and beverage chain industry, offers the theoretical foundation for the food and beverage chain industry designing the supply chain system and carrying on supply chain management. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation and the main problems of food and beverage chain industry on our country, and then educes the necessity and feasibility of food and beverage chain industry introducing supply chain management. Through analyses the structure of the food and beverage industry, the food and beverage institutional framework and the main operating procedure, the paper probes into the characteristic of supply chain and the role and function of the node enterprises among this chain, and then structures the supply chain's model of the food and beverage chain industry. On this basis, the author studies the key taches among this supply chain, consists of supplier management, logistics management and customer relationship management. The cases are explained in this part. Finally, in order to ensure the supply chain of food and beverage chain industry to run high-efficiently and continuously, this paper probes into the support security system from analyzing the internal condition of organization and the external environment of policy.
