Based on the analysis of the present condition in domestic and international researches on supply chain, this thesis further clarifies the concept of the supply chain. On the basis of the deep analysis of the present condition of the food processing industry, the concept of the supply chain in the food processing industry is put forward, and the possibilities and necessities for the food processing industry to proceed the supply chain management are discussed.The supply chain system is analyzed from the perspective of system analysis. Topological structure models of the supply chain in the food processing industry are studied from both static and dynamic aspects. The system structure of the supply chain in the food processing industry is discussed, the supply chain in the food processing industry is designed, and the qualitative evaluation target system of the supply chain in food processing industry is established.Based on the discussion of the sale mode and sale channel of the supply chain in the food processing industry and considering the uncertainty factors, the thesis particularly studies the production-sale optimization model of the supply chain in the food processing industry. When the amount of the products of manufacture enterprises is regarded as opportunity, the production-sale optimization model of the same products but of multi-food processing enterprises and multi-sellers of the food processing industry is constructed with dependent-chance goal programming. When the amount of products offered to the different sellers and the amount of products which sellers want are regarded as opportunity, the production-sale optimization model of multi-products and multi-sellers of the food processing industry is established with dependent-chance goal programming. These models are further examined by examples.Buy optimization model of food processing industry based on supply chain is the mam focus of this thesis. In the first place, the thesis analyzes the position and function of buy based on supply chain of the food processing industry, studies the characteristics of buy of the food processing industry based on supply chain, and discusses the relations between food processing business enterprise and its supplier. Secondly, certain buy optimization model of multi-suppliers and one food processing enterprise is established with ration method, and then this model is expanded to multi-suppliers and multi-food processing enterprises. Thirdly, if regarding the production ability of the supplier and the demand of food processing enterprise as fuzzy variables, the optimization model for multi-suppliers and multi-food processing enterprises based on supply chain is established with fuzzy chance constrained programming.The integrate supply chain's model of the food processing industry is particularly discussed in the thesis, including the general concept, the integrate mechanism, thedesigning steps and designing technology of the integrate supply chain. Based on this discussion, the integrate supply chain in the environment of electronic commerce is analyzed and the integrate supply chain model of the food processing industry is established with large linear target programming.The above researches are not only theoretically significant in enriching supply chain management content, but also realistically applicable in shortening the production and supply periods of the food processing enterprise, reducing production cost, increasing product quality, enhancing the competition strength of the food processing enterprise and promoting the development of the food processing industry. The models of supply chain of the food processing industry established in this thesis will provide scientific support in decision making concerning the enforcement of the supply chain management in the food processing industry.
