The Third Generation Of Leading Collective Of The Communist Party Of China And Political Civilization Construction

The reform and opening-up of our country has already gone through the historical practices of more than 20 years, economic reform while making enormous progress, political structure reform respect made much effort too. Until 2002, comrade Jiang Zemin proposed formally at the 16th national congress of the party: " develop socialist democratic politics , build socialist political civilization , build important goal of well-off society in an all-round way ", the development level to socialist democratic politics has been increased to a new height of understanding. The socialist political civilization is a subject for research of a complicated system. Studying the political civilization of socialism , will bring it into the whole process of the whole socialist civilization construction soon and realize the importance of the socialist political civilization clearly at the same time , through building highly developed socialist political civilization, which then promote the progressing in an all-round way of the society. This text just writes under such understanding. Through having consulted a large amount of documents and materials, the screening through analysing and comparing and necessity in person in the course of writing, I have formed the comparatively effective view. The content of this text divides into four parts altogether. First of all, the proposition of the socialist political civilization has gone through a course of history, the third generation of leading collective of the party will know systematic summary to the development of socialist democratic politics, on the basic of which they have combined the new practice condition and enriched this theory creativly; Secondly, the proposition of the socialist political civilization is a result of historical development. It is the Communist Party of China that sizes up the situation , stands in the history and height of the times and summarizes to the theory of the new situation of political development in the international country; Moreover, the political civilization of socialism with chinese characteristics is set up on the basis of national conditions of China, containing leadship of the party , people master one's own affairs and important content of running the country according to law etc.; Finally , basing on the premise that understand the theory correctly can make great efforts to explore that realizes the effective way of the socialist political civilization.
