With China step into WTO, the globalization and networks of the economy made the enterprises face the increasingly vigorous globalization market competition. As a modern enterprise that wants to exit and develop in such high competition, the only way is that have their own enterprise informationization construction. Management Information System (MIS) is one of the applied software that affects our country informationization construction most deeply, applies most extensively, and has special features, meanwhile it has obviously profit. With promoting the forestry industry of our country, if circulation forestry enterprises that develop quickly want to adapt the high competition of the globalization, it is necessary to carry on information-based construction, at the same time, they need professional Management Information System urgently. This page is according to analysis and design of the management information system for circulation forestry enterprise to carry on the research.At first, the paper puts forward to a concept of circulation forestry enterprises, then analysis the necessity and possibilities for a circulation forestry enterprise to carry on the informationization construction. Through analysising the requirement about the Informationization and the existing problems of numerous existing Managements Information System, I proved the meaning of developing the Management Information System by myself that fit for circulation forestry enterprises and business demand.On the basis of the information flow, the funds flow, logistics in the business processing of this kind of enterprise, this paper deeply investigate the business procedure and organization structure of the circulation forestry enterprises, and carries on the system function request analysis, the non- function request analysis, the system business process analysis and the business entity analysis in detail.On the basis of system analysis, this paper carries on design of the system in detail. Firstly divide the function modules of the system and design each function modules. According to the business entity analysis the paper design the system database. Aimed at the key entity within the enterprise' the sale business- customers, this page design anddeveloped customer's credit dynamic controlling expert system. That expert system can help enterprise to carry on the establishment of the business decision.In the system design, this paper carries on analysis and design of technique structure of system in detail. The whole technique structure takes the layer architecture patterns as the design thought, combines various design modes and J2EE technique, consults and absorbs the maturity open source to carry on the design and carry out. The technique structure of system makes this system have a robust, transplant, has good reusability and expansibility foundation technique structure. The system structure not only can provide an efficiently dependable development foundation for the business function requirement, but also guarantee to satisfy the non- function requirement of the enterprise.Finally, this paper shows part of operation process that the system actually applied in the circulation forestry enterprise. According to evaluations put forward by enterprise, this system is certificated to be a suitable and applicable Management Information System for circulation forestry enterprises.The analysis and design in this paper has stronger demonstration to build up Management Information System for circulation forestry enterprise.
