With the developing of economics, customers are familiar with property management industry. Customers are aware of self-right maintenance than before, market competition is more and more drastic. It is more important to take customer's trust. Enterprise can not exist if there is no market, so "the customer is the God" has already became a truth for the enterprise management. Enterprises have to take focus on customer satisfaction and satisfy customer's demand.The concept center with customers has been built and developed in developed countries. It is a cryptical concept, can be perceived through the service quality of enterprise. It is crucial for company how to get customer's satisfaction information. This research start from this point, establish property management customer satisfaction appraising system with the customer satisfaction theory and mathematical method in order that property management enterprise can get customer demand information in time.It include following three aspects. First, the selection of property management's customer satisfaction indexes. Second, analyze index's correlation and reliability and prove rationality of index system through marketing survey. Third, prove the index system can be taken into practice and total rationality through case research.
