The Research Of China's Bank System Based On Financial Function

since1979, china's financial system has been experienced extensive reform and development, and also acquired great achievement. However, china's financial system still has limitation of structure and function. This seriously restricts our international competitive ability. In the face of challenging of foreign financial institution after entering into WTO, China must built an advanced, flexible, and powerful financial system which can survive in the international competition. Banking is the most important element of financial system. So, how to building an efficient bank system is an important task of china's financial system reform.Now, china's bank system is separate manager system. According to financial function theory, traditional separate manager system is not the best form what carry out financial function. So, building a new bank form that can carry out financial function better is an urgent matter.The article firstly states the basic theory of financial function theory and its development. In view of this theory, I firstly analyze and compare separate manager form and multifunctional manager form. Then, link with china's bank system situation and its develop history, author issue that china should how to developing its bank, building what kind of bank form and the problem of what we need to take care about multifunctional manager bank system.The new point of this article is that how to built china's new bank system to improve its efficient and competitive ability in view of financial function theory.
