With the rapid development of the national economy of our country and the raising of the level of dweller income and after China's entry into WTO, the car industry of our country have been growing up fast and have become the dominant industry in industrializes new period. Our country has become the 3th world automobile market besides America and Japan. In the tide of automobile industry globalization; the car industrial organization of our country is changing deeply.Under this background from the basically analysis tool S-C-P normal form of industrial organization theory, we use western economy and industrial economy basic principles and analysis means to analyze the industrial organization condition of our country since 2002. On the basis of the research, we draw such a conclusion as followed: the structure of this industry is an oligopoly one based on the lower and lower regulation. The conducts of firms begin to be competitive and become more and more in the future. The performance of car industry is relatively low: firms have no motivation of technological progress and product innovation, while the profitability is still higher because of the rapid speed growth of the car industry. Finally, we put forward some industrial policies and suggestions based on the analysisUsing the newest information since 2002 to really certificate analysis, we have reached preliminary analysis in order to give related people some reference.
