Following the fast development of Chinese outbound tourism, .the Macau's tourism meets with the opportunity to get the biggest development. However, in order to concentrate on the opportunity, Macau must optimize the structure of tourism, improves the level and efficiency of the supply, and promotes the tourism development.As one of the main parts of tourism industry structure optimization, Macau's tourism industry has suffered 7 to 8 years miserable management because of many objective and subjective factor, and come into another expanding from the latter half of 2003 without the management environment indeed improved. Research on the problem, the orientation, the aim and the policy of Macau's hotel industry based on the tourism industry structure optimization is meaningful. Third, based on those analyses above-mentioned and the background of Macau tourism structure optimization, the article researches the problem of Macau tourism industry structure optimization, which including the optimizing inventory level and structure of Macau's industry, the management innovations, the additional value improving, technology innovations, conglomerate developing, and the industry policy of hotel industry, the article has also brought forward the method and strategy .
