China is an agricultural country; agricultural economy takes a very important role in all national economy. Agriculture is a basic industry of the national economy, the Enterprise in agricultural means of production circulation was less influenced by international market because of protected by state policies. After China joins in WTO, Agriculture as other parts of national economy is faced with new chances and challenges. The development potentiality of agricultural means of production market of our country is very great, but most of the Enterprises in agricultural means of production have many problems such as size, financing, market channel, service network etc. At the same time, they are also faced with how to reduce labor cost, strengthen enterprise manager, perfect customer service etc. So at the same time the development of Enterprise in agricultural means of production takes the chain operation road, it should strengthen enterprise's informatization construction. By the construction of enterprise's informatization, implement informatization managing ,it can enhance market competitiveness , better serve for agricultural production.The first, this paper studies on the theory's foundation of the informatization construction of the circulation enterprise for agriculture means of production. These theories including to the construction principles, the construction methods, the construction contents. On this foundation of theory's study, as a case study of the circulation enterprise for agriculture means of production of the YanTai city in ShangDong Province.On the foundation of the analysis of management and market specific property about the circulation enterprise for agriculture means of production, this paper puts forward the particular principles what different from the other field. This paper puts forward the content, scheme and technological route of the informatization construction of enterprise in agriculture means of production. The content of informatization construction includes: purchase system, stock system, sale system, delivery system and office automation five parts. It also analyses the business procedure, the problems needs to solve, the function and the target of each system. The construction scheme and technological route: at first bring forward the scheme design of enterprise information construction, second carry on demand analysis according to business cooperation, the third carry on concept design according to demand, the fourth process systematic development according to concept model, at last process system test and operation maintenance.The last, this paper study on a case of the demand of the circulation enterprises of the agriculture means in Yantai city of Shandong province where the author is location.
