To Analyze And Evaluate Economic Performance Of Shanghai Suburb Agriculture In Different District And Different Management Model

The thesis relied on the observation net overlaying 10 suburb district of "The Dynamic observation, Information management and economic performance evaluation system of Shanghai agriculture economy circulate" .The system collected 1210 farmer's production information in 2004, including devotion -output composing information, standardization production information, quantity information , market flies information etc. The thesis used these data as analyzing samples of Shanghai agriculture economy circulate. The thesis made use of production function theories and devotion -output analytical theories of microeconomics, then, established performance evaluation index to analyze and calculate Shanghai agriculture management performance .First, the thesis analyzed devotion-output data of 10 main farm crops which investigated by"The Dynamic observation, Information management and the performance evaluation system of Shanghai agriculture economy circulate" . The thesis came to know devotion-output characteristics of Shanghai agriculture, and the connection between devotion - output and economic performance by the comparison between different farm crops and between same farm crop samples. The paddy rice is main food farm crop of Shanghai, and its produce performance has important meaning to stable food in Shanghai. Therefore, the thesis made the analytical object of 11 kinds of main paddy rice's rotating way , then to study the saving of paddy cost which brought by each rotating way, to realize the growth of paddy output which brought by each rotating way. Finally, the thesis would carry on the grade classification to the management results of various way.There are many different modes of agriculture production and management method. For the sake of investigating the management effect brought by dissimilarity production and management model, the thesis chose representational crops to compare the devotion, output and performance between different planting way, different distribution way, different brand, different standardization class and different production scale. Through comparison and analysis, the thesis tried to find how different management way effected the crop's economic performance.The devotion, output, and economic performance of farm crop is to not only affected by the production model, but also affected by the region space. The thesis took paddy rice, vegetable and watermelon-muskmelon as examples, then researched their devotion, output, and economic performance in the different region space,and showed the difference on the map. Finally, the thesis evaluated the type of paddy rice, vegetable and watermelon — muskmelon's devotion, output, and economic performance in different district.After analyzing and valuating economic status of Shanghai agriculture scientifically, and researching the effect on the devotion, output, economic performance from different management mode and different region, the thesis brought forward some countermeasures and advices in order to debase the cost and advance the output. These countermeasures and advices included controlling productive cost, strengthening breed cultivating, advancing standardization building, conforming brand resource, accelerating industrialization, constructing serving flat and so on. They were for the sake of increasing agriculture's income and farmers' earning.
