Study On Industral Structure Adjusting Strategy Of Inner Mongolia

This thesis analyze and study the problems existing in the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia at present from theory and practice respect, through analyzing the basic situation of progress course for of China and Inner Mongol and referencing the progress history of industrial structure for developed country represented as America and Japan. On this basis, the article proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. With shifting the proportion of " primary-- secondary - tertiary " in initial stage to the proportion of " secondary - tertiary - primary " at present, Industrial structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have made considerable progress and development. However, there are still a lot of questions in the industrial structure of Inner Mongol now, the subject matters show: 1. the slowly speed of industrial structure upgrading ;2. the serious trend to heavy industry in the industrial structure adjustment;3.the unreasonable fixed assets investment structure of the three industries;4. the problems of proportion structure within the three-industry structure. The author proposes the following suggestions: 1. adopting " two routes "model to adjust the industrial structure of the Inner Mongol ;2. implementing development strategy of leading industry choice to accelerate the industry structure upgrading ;3.adopting the countermeasures of the investment orientation sloping properly with the primary and tertiary industry;4.adjusting proportionate relationship within the three-industry structure.
