A Study On Construction And Evaluation Of Agricultural Informazation

In modern time, characterized high social informazation, technological integration, we must carry out agricultural informazation to make breakthrough in development of agricultural and rural economy. It is the agricultural modernization that will be an important measure to face the challenge of knowledge economy and prompt new agricultural technological revolution, which will be the requirement of agricultural sustainable development, which would be the key to agricultural modernization strategy, which will be the key to achieve the goal of ensuring our rural people a relatively comprehensively comfortable life, which will also become a trend of our agricultural development. The total level of our agricultural modernization is not as high as developed countries because we came into this field late. We have to emphasize on the theoretical investigation of agricultural modernization and pay attention to the existing problems to improve the level of agricultural modernization. This paper, in the first place, in the view of development of our agricultural informazation, explains its connotation and current status at home and abroad. Follow, it particularly analyzes the condition of the components of agricultural modernization as well as the existing problems from six parts as following: information resources in agriculture, agricultural information network, applied agricultural informational technology, agricultural information industry, agricultural informational talents and external environment of agricultural modernization. Finally, it gives pointed measures and policy suggestions to accelerate agricultural informazation. Measurement of agricultural informazation level is an important component of the theorem research, while it has merely been mentioned, not shape an authoritative and uniform system of agricultural informazation. According to it, this paper tries to research and designs a preliminarily framework and content of the evaluation system as to provide some theoretical reference to perfect the system of agricultural informazation and provide the grounds of its elementary appraisement.
