On The Stages Of Venture Capital's Development In China

Venture capital has been one of the most important economic phenomena since the end of 20th century. In order to have a thorough understanding of it, this thesis first introduces the concept of "the development stages of venture capital". It regards venture capital as a matter of history, and makes the development of venture capital the object of research. Beginning with the operating mechanism of venture capital, this thesis does a research with great creativeness in this mechanism statically and dynamically. And in the analysis, the thesis boldly put forward the "four development stages of venture capital"and set the criteria of identifying these stages, so a relatively complete dynamic model of venture capital's development is given. According to these criteria, the thesis analyzes furthermore the development of venture capital in the main countries of the world. After analyzing the development of the venture capital in China, the thesis draws a conclusion that venture capital nowadays in China is in the early period of the beginning stage. At last, on the basis of the developing laws of venture capital the thesis predicts the future development of venture capital in China and put forward its suggestion to the government and venture firms.
