And to all guided by the principle, improve rural drinking water source protection legal system, drawing on the experience of foreign countries on the basis of legislation on rural drinking water quality monitoring system, drinking water systems of protected areas, drinking water and other emergency response system to perfect the system, and we must to establish scientific and reasonable legal responsibility system of rural drinking water source protection, to ensure the safety of rural drinking water sources.
