Justice system is an important part of the country's political systems. As China'spoliticalsystemisdeeplyreformed,it'smoreandmoreimportanttoreformtheJusticesystem.In1999,madeitclearthat"thePRCshouldrulethecountrybylaw,buildasocialiststateundertheruleoflaw.",fromthenon,WehavepaidthemostattentiontotheJusticesystemreforms.In2001,thewasrevised,thefirstNationalJudicialExaminationwasheldin2002.Afterthat,only those who passed the national judicial examination could become judges, JusticeSystemreforminChinahasenteredacrucialperiod.From the status of judges in China, from the course of the specialization andprofessionalism of judges in China, the article thinks of searching the path ofspecializationandprofessionalismofjudgesinChinainordertopromotetheprocessofChina's"rulethecountrybylaw"andimprovethesocialcredibilityofChina'scourtsandjudgesandrealizethemaximumvaluegoalofthetrialinChina–"justiceandefficiency".The article is divided into four parts: The first part focuses on discussing the currentsituation of the judges in China–Non‐Professionalization and non‐ specializationcharacteristicsandtheurgentneedfortheprofessionalizationandspecialization;InPartTwoAndPartThreeisthetheoryandstandardofprofessionalizationandspecializationandJudicialpractice;ThefourthpartisabouthowtorealizetheprofessionalizationandspecializationofthejudgesinChina.Throughthearticle,theauthortriestopointoutthatprofessionalizationandspecializationareindispensableintoday'sconstructionofjudicialstaffinChina.
