Legal System Conception Of Administrative Assistance Of Police In China

Among many administrative assistance activities, as an administrative agency which exercise the power of state , public security organ, provides assistance to many administrative actions with it's strong and efficient administrative execution. When other administrative organs cannot effectively implement activities, police powers have become boosters. Due to the lack of legal system limits and norms, the coercive power of the police is abused in administrative assistance activities and the police action is not in line with the procedural regulation of these activities, as a result of which public interests and citizens'legitimate rights are violated and the masses are hostile to police authorities. So is the top of priority to establish a legal system for the police to participate in administrative assistance activities. This paper discusses that only the conditions are restricted and the procedures are standardized, the police will be able to restore its nature of public security administration and serve the social development better unless.
