It's impossible to have no obstacles on the way to the development of any societies. Meanwhile, it's a way which involves into the contradiction and conflicts, especially when the process of moderism has advanced into the rapidest and most severe historical stage. With the economic and social transition speeded up, many social problems and phenomena have occurred, such as, the conflict of interest,the value missing, the lack of virtue,behaviors in disorder. The conflicts existing in the field of social economy, politics and social culture have been the key problems which affect the development of society and economy which means to focus on harmony, stable and sustainability in the way. It makes practical sense to speed up the process of the construction of moderism, to construct harmonious socialism that we should concentrate on how to properly study and ascertain the current social interest conflicts, how to face and deal with them. and on exploring and researching defensive measures energetically.According to the case of Nanchang and the way of dissecting sparrows, the text classifies the current social interest conflicts, and analyzes the resolution; of the conflicts, the present situation, the problems and the cause. Based on it,the text puts forward a series of strategies and suggestions, including the mechanism of integrated study, the mechanism of self-resolution by civil society, the mechanism of compulsive resolution by government, the mechanism of equal competion by market, which aim at regulating and resolving the social interest conflicts effectively as a result of promoting the harmonious development of the society and economy, of entirely construction of harmonious socialism.
