Research On Urban Residents Access System Of Minimum Living Guarantee In Social Equity Perspective

Currently, the core system of social assistance and anti-poverty in urban China-The Minimum Living Guarantee System for urban residents has played an important role in the protection of urban vulnerable group, easing the social division that caused by the economic and social transition, and fully reflects the social equity. However, there is some problems that need to pay attention in the access system, such as defining the urban residents who can get into the network of The Minimum Living Guarantee System, and determining the minimum living standard.This paper, based on existing research, firstly interpretates the social equity; then reviews the relevant theory of social equity, as well as the development and status of The Minimum Living Guarantee System for urban residents of Chongqing under the theory of social assistance, and the interviews status to discuss the problems and potential impact in the access systems of Chongqing Minimum Living Guarantee System for urban residents on social equity aspect; finally try to provide for the urban Minimum Living Guarantee System a useful suggestion.
