The Culture Administrative license is close to people's daily life. It's the important way to maintain public rights, realize people's basic cultural rights. Then it introduces foreign countries'cultural administration and supervision, characteristic, and improvement that of China. Finally, for the existing problems, it improves a number of suggestions and ideas for the culture of the administrative licensing system. It becomes a set of reasonable, sound, practical and cultural administrative licensing system to promote China's cultural administrative system towards a harmonious and healthy direction.
