The Study Of Implementation Of The Local Government's Policy Based On The Interest Game

Interest game is an important theoretical perspective to study the implementation of public policy. The public policy is not only a confirmation form of interest but also a way of interest transactions between the interest groups. Behind the actions of public policy is the compromise between interest groups. The dynamic of policy implementation is closely related to the interest. This paper analysis the problems, encountered during implementation of policy made by local governments in China, based on the interest game. Through studying the conflicts of interest between the central and local governments in public policy implementation, trying to reveal the role of the interest factor in public policy implementation mechanisms, so as to solve the problem of poor execution in government policies, that is, to enhance the execution of local government by system innovation.
