China's migrant workers are a special social group in special historical period, which have made great contributions to China's urbanization and economic development. After developments of 30 years, migrant workers'number increases year by year:2003 was 11 million; 2004 was 12 million; 2006 increased to 0.14 billion, and currently is more than 0.2 billion. Migrant workers have become an important part of Chinese working-class. Along with the development of The Times, the peasant-workers also appeared intergenerational alternations in the group. And they have created and Cenozoic migrant workers with considerable scale which gradually become the main force of migrant workers and powerhouse. According to the data from the national bureau of statistics in 2009, the national rural migrant workers accounted to 0.23 billion totally, including 0.15 billion people who leaved their homes. Among them there is 61.6% who is 16-30 years old. According to calculation, in 2009 Cenozoic migrant workers number was around 890,000,000. If we take 844,500,000 migrant workers in consideration, at present our country's Cenozoic migrant workers are 0.1 billion people of. New generation. The new generation of peasant workers has less attaching to their hometowns, and has more cohesion to cities. We can say the original peasant workers went into big cities for living which is "survival reason", while the new generation went into big cities to perusing a thorough different life. They want to change social roles and reside in cities to enjoy the city life. In this paper we have tried to solve the problem of Cenozoic migrant workers melt in the city.Based on the relationships between society and individual, which is fundamental question in sociology, we analyzed the blending problem of Cenozoic. Specifically, this paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction of the whole passage, which includes research background, domestic and foreign literature reviews, the main research method, and core conceptions. The second part:from the following two aspects:the development of social environment and increasing willingness of rural migrant workers, we illustrated the Cenozoic migrant workers is much better to blend into the city's generation. Regarding to social environment, urban TWC policy became looser and pay more attention to legal rights of peasant workers. City residents gradually accepted peasant-workers. From individually aspect of peasant workers, the new generation of peasant workers' culture quality was improved, and they also have stronger willingness to blend into cities. Under the effects of these two factors, Cenozoic migrant workers became suitable to blend into the city's generation. The third part:we used questionnaire survey and depth interview focus on migrant workers of Cenozoic in order to investigate the process of their blending. With the help of questionnaires and interviews, we found there are economic, social and psychological obstacles of different levels. So the process of Cenozoic blending into cities is not optimistic. The fourth part:from social institutional and rural migrant workers individual aspects, we analyzed the current problems which Cenozoic migrant workers met when they blend into cities. Regarding to social institution, there are many disadvantages, such as household registration system, employment system, social security system, education and training system and go forth. On a personal level, migrant workers individual 'quality, spirit condition, consciousness of protecting their own rights, urban social capital etc. are also difficult gap make them harder to blend into cities. The fifth part:the subjects of sociology are personal choices under restricts of social institutions. In this part we have tried to find some solutions to blending problems by the help of sociology essence. In social institutions, at present we should make some adjustments to the disadvantages mentioned above. In individual perspective, we should find some feasible measures under the current restricts. The sixth part is the final conclusions of paper. The former relevant researches cannot integrate individualism and whole theory of binary fracture. Some focused on personal resources, rational choice and positive actions. While others focused on system reconstructing, macroscopically factors of structural constraints. These theories are lack of realistic problems explanation. The root of disadvantages lies in that these researches did not make clear the relationships between individuals and society. In this paper, according to the fundamental question of sociology, we analyzed social and personal relationships to study the process of Cenozoic migrant workers blending into cities, which is innovational point of this paper. Combining the above aspects, we analyzed not only current problems, but also feasible solutions and the essence of sociology. On one hand, we tried to improve for new generation of peasant workers' social institutions. On the other hand we proposed Cenozoic migrant workers'selection strategy under the current restrictions of system environment.
