Old-age security is a basic human need in modern society, which is one of the main parts in our social security system. In the later 1970s, china began to put forward a policy "advocate and encourage a couple to bear one child". After 30 years, 400 million populations have fewer, with population have fewer children and aging trend.With the parents of first generation in one child family get old or are moving into old age stage, the endowment of single-child family parents is not only a economic problem, but also a social problem. In the countryside, due to lack of perfect social security system, one-child family in rural compared with only-child families in city and rural families with many children, it showed its particular vulnerability and particularity. Both child and parents under huge pressure in economy,physical,psychological and various aspects. They face greater difficulties. After five to ten years, this problem will become more rigorous. In the current, our country is constructing the system of social security and carrying out a new socialist rural construction. Based on this background, exploring and analyzing one-child families in rural will consummate our country's social security system, maintain the stability and sustainable development of the countryside, advance the construction of a new socialist countryside, construct the socialist harmonious society. The author study existing literature review earnest and use statistical material, through the investigation in some of the rural areas in Jinan, trying to understand all aspects of life condition of this group. From the singleton parents part to analyze problems which old-age in the current and future will encounter, in order to put forward some reasonable suggestions to solve rural single-child family endowment problem.
