Problems And Countermeasures Of The Losing-single-Child Family Support Work In Changle District,Fuzhou City

Since the 1980 s,the one-child policy began to implement in our country,the policy of economic and social development made a significant contribution to the nation also has some negative influence,such as the emergence of the losing-single-child family.With the implementation of the policy of'Comprehensive two-child' in 2016,the one-child policy has become a historical phenomenon.But due to the one-child policy implemented more than 30 years,the one-child family is still the main form of family structure in our country,so even the fertility policy has been adjusted,within a certain time the number of losing-single-child family don't reduce on the contrary it'll continue to grow,and because the petitions and frequent occurrence of mass incidents,losing-single-child family problems has become a serious social problem.Therefore,it is of great significance for governments at all levels to seek a perfect solution to the problem of the family problem and realize the social harmony and stability.Taking Changle district of Fuzhou city as an example,to acquired the most urgent and real needs of these family,such as economic support,spiritual consolation and life care through field visits and in-depth interviews.On the basis of public management and administrative management theory as the support,analyzing the shortcomings and reasons of the changle district government in carrying out the work.Finally forward some reasonable countermeasures to improve the work of the losing-single-child family,including further loss alone the family support system,perfect the loss of family support alone fiscal mechanism,build the family support multiple cooperative working mechanism,build the social atmosphere of care for llosing-single-child family,etc.Provide countermeasures to government departments to solve the difficulties of family life and pension,and to achieve social harmony.
