The development of Moral Education has its peculiarity. As a kind of social consciousness, it is also decided by social development. In other meaning , the moral education has different peculiarity in different times. Then, the arrival of the era of pluralistic culture has become a fact, it is a positive influence on moral education , because it let people to re-think the everything of moral education, including the goal setting, content choice and methods .In addition, the era of pluralistic culture poses challenges to moral education, facing the diverse culture and the complex orientation of value, if lack of rational attitude and appropriate treatment, we will inevitably sink into moral relativism or moral nihilistic .The Introducing of dialogue to moral education is a rational choice for challenges and opportunities by the era of pluralistic culture. But, there are many"False dialogue"in the practice of moral education, If ignored, the real dialogue will be difficult to launch, and it′s difficult for the achievement of its meaningful. For the realization of real dialogue and its meaning, the writer tries to launch a research on dialogue in moral education. Based on the introduction of dialogue, the dialogue in moral education and its meaning, the mistakes and its countermeasures?will?be?put?forward,?hoping?to?help?the?practice of moral education.This paper is divided into five parts: introduction section, Unscrambling the dialogue , the dialogue in moral education and its significance, misunderstanding of dialogue in moral education, the countermeasures for overcoming the misunderstanding.In instruction, the writer tries to elaborate the selection reasons of this dissertation topic, the research value and significance, research methods, as well as the domestic and foreign research present situation. The first chapter, based on the definition of dialogue, and analyzing its characteristics, such as equality, understandability, openness, creative, the connotation of dialogue in moral education is begin with the description for teacher-student relationship, the process and methods of moral education. In the second chapter, the writer tries to expound the reasons for introducing dialogue from different perspective , such as the psychology, pedagogy and moral education and so on . And the significance of dialogue for moral education is elaborated from the establishment of new-type teacher-student relationship, the formation of learner autonomy learning mechanism and the increasing of moral ability and so on. In the third chapter , on the basis of interview contents and analysis of literature, the mistakes are fallen into four aspects. On the spiritual essence of dialogue, it′s not deep. On the subject of dialogue , the teacher-student relationship is not appropriate. On the methods of dialogue, it′s prefer construction to instruction. In the fourth chapter , there are four countermeasures?for?the?mistakes. Ensure the accuracy of the understanding for dialogue spirit to prevent moral nihilism and relativism. Insist on the integration of formation and instruction to prevent the lack of dialogue basis. Promoting the dialogue effect in moral education based on improving the balance between process and result.
