On October 1, 1949, new China established. Comunist Party of China transformed from a revolutionary party to a ruling party, under its leading, There are 155 different national autonomy places in national minority region, included 5 autonomous regions,30 autonomy states and 120 autonomy counties established. It need to implement the race policy by Law statue in the race region. The constitution recognized that autonomy in the race region is a basic political system of our country by the form of basic law,《Autonomy law in the race region》is the milestone of race legalization for carrying out a level,united and prosperous race.We completed the law system of Chinese special feature socialism in 2010,by the lead of Communist Party of China and the joint effort of all the people. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress office holded symposium of forming the law system of Chinese special feature socialism, induced the basic experience of it. National laws and regulations of the region is an important part of Chinese characteristics socialist legal system, it around the implementation of this basic system of regional ethnic autonomy policy closely, Formed the national laws and regulations with Chinese characteristics.In this paper, the writer studied the history of the Chinese Communist Party from the angle of Legal system constructs, and the regional ethnic autonomy policy of the Chinese Communist Party is the leading, constructing the national legal system is the main job. Through the system of regional ethnic autonomy of the times, looking forwaid to giving policy advice for the socialist rule of law and a socialist harmonious society and the improvement of national legal systems.
