In 2009, from the lecture which was held by Beijing college students service center on juvenile crimes organization, we know that, college students'crimes in juvenile crime accounts for 17%, from which theft accounts for 70% in today's society. This number comes from a survey done by Kangshuhua who is the former leader of China criminology research association and Beijing university law professor. According to statistics, the college students' illegal crimes rate is higher than the whole social illegal crime, or close to, particularly in recent years property crimes accounted for a large percentage. College students accepted system and good education, but why would this phenomenon is so frequently? There are a variety of reasons, including college students'legal consciousness, the quality of students themselves, etc. But according to the survey, from the crime of college students, we found that their psychological problem is serious. A lot of crimes of college students always have psychological problems (e.g. self-abasement, envy etc), because they can not adapt to college life, or can't correctly view and handle some problems, they make incredible behavior and even crimes.In order to make students can grow up healthily and learn something in university campuses; we need not only do more research on the majors and contents about college students, but also do more research on life management of college students` study, especially on contemporary college students' crimes. In college students'crimes, because property crimes are in the largest and richest, we should focus on studying the property crimes. Therefore enrolled psychology of college students'property crimes as research object, we research it.The first part is the summarize of college students property crimes. The contemporary college students'property crimes present some different and new characteristics. First, college students do property crimes with the gangs. Gangs are already the important characteristics of property crimes. Second, college students'property crimes present obviously time rules. According to statistics, college students' property crimes have obvious particular timeliness and stage, and the time distribution has certain laws. Third, in college students' property crimes, the number of female college students increases. Although in the crimes of college students, the boy accounts for most, But in recent years, the crime of female college students presents a straight-line rising, become an ignored and more outstanding problems. Second, psychological ability of college students is too weak, and they often can not stand test. They often make extreme behavior and even commit crimes. Third, pleasure-seeking are serious, many college students in the now blindly seek enjoyment, while pursue this endless enjoyment desire lead them to the road of crimes unknowingly and slowly. Fourth, many students have strong vanity psychology, in order to show they are rich or strong, they would take illegal means or commit crimes.. Fifth, their self-control ability is poor. Now most of the college students commit crimes for passion.The fourth part is to prevent the psychology of college students'property crimes. Property crimes'psychological prevention refers to using psychological theories and methods, take effective measures to control and eliminate factors and conditions which induce crimes, to prevent individual psychological structure and form crime occurred crimes. Psychological prevention including the prevention of crime psychology structure formation and the prevention of crimes happening. Here we mainly to study the former.
