The undergraduate crime in recent years appears in high frequency, which reveals its increasing seriousness, and has elided constant attention and deep thought in social wide. Consequently, the main task of such research is to find an effective way to prevent or reduce undergraduate crime. While any targeted policies on prevention or treatment of such crime is based on the analysis of crime causes and regularities.There are four main parts of the whole passage as follows:The first part presented the overview of undergraduate crime. Fourthly, based on the above mentioned criminal causes, it initiated several preventive measures as follows: at the first place, prevent the mass media exaggerate the violent events by strengthening the supervision and administration of the mass media in comprehensive way and by improving the self-disciplinary consciousness and professional quality of media workers; at second place, optimize home education as a preventive measure in perspectives of home educational methods, home atmosphere and parental responsibilities; at the third place, value the cultivation of college students'mental healthy and positive personality through popularizing psychological counseling, implementing psychological assistance, and nurturing its moral fiber; at the last place, give the full play to student consultant, student cadres and societies so as to easy contradictions immediately.The fourthly part talks mainly about the undergraduate website crime on the basis of brief introduction on the concept of website crime, this part makes a description on current undergraduates'network life at first, and then classifies the common types of this sort of crime as endangering computer system and network operation, infringing upon the citizens' rights or public property rights by network, disrupting social order or committing a crime connected with prostitution, and disseminating false horror information on internet.
