The Construction Of Learning Organization By The Communist Party Of China

With the advent of information age and a new force in the Knowledge Economy emerging unexpectedly, learning is more significant than it has ever been. Faced with the world of increasing development ,as well as the trend of party politics' changes the Communist Party of China, as the ruling party, along with the party organizations at different levels, should keep up with the step of times and absorb and draw lessons from the advance idea of learning organization theory, what is more, should pay great attention to study, be apt at study, lead to breakthroughs in knowledge. Becoming learning party and learning party organization is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the party and enhance the abilities of administration and art of leadership in the New Period.The establishment of the construction of the learning party and learning party organization is not only a strategy choice of the Modernization of China, but also a new plan and a new concept for the Communist Party of China to strengthen itself. Considering the present situation and the tasks before us, it is a great strategic mission to enhance the quality of party members, build up the governing ability, persistently maintain the party's advance and consolidate the position of governance of our party. To make party organizations at different levels change into the learning party organizations is the foundation engineering of construction of learning parting of Marxism. The construction of learning party organization is the embodiment of construction of learning party while the construction of learning party is the ultimate goal of the construction of learning party organization. The effects of the construction of learning party organization immediately concerns the construction of learning party.In the thesis, I shall analyse the problems from a historical and developing perspective, pay more attention to combine theory with practice and the methods of macroscopic analysis , historical analysis , positive analysis and comparative analysis will be adopted all together. It gives us an appropriate definition for the methods and paths of the construction.This thesis contains three essential parts as follows:Chapter 1 is about the origin of the learning party organizations.
