Northeast Asia Cooperative Research In Geopolitics Perspective

Northeast Asia is a sub-regional concept only rose in recent years, which refers to the region around Northwest Pacific of East Asia. View from the geographical level, including Far East and Siberia of the Russian, Mongolia, the region of North China and Northeast China, the Korean Peninsula and Japan. From the perspective of geopolitics, Northeast Asia including Russia, China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia and the United States. With the strategic position increasingly prominent in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia has become the focus of world research.With the development of regional integration and new regionalism, regional cooperation and regional integration is in full swing progresses, clues have emerged in Northeast Asia cooperation. On cooperation in Northeast Asia, many scholars from different levels have had research, design and elaborate. In this paper, have linked up the unique geography features of Northeast Asia, from a geopolitical perspective to research the cooperation of Northeast Asia, will allow more intuitive to analysis the advantages and the difficulties of the Northeast Asia cooperation, and put forward the feasibility views.This paper have described and studied from both positive and negative aspects of the Northeast Asia cooperation, on the one hand, described the geopolitical advantages of the Northeast Asia cooperation, including the cultural homogeneity, complementary resources and the convenience to development transport in Northeast Asia. On the other hand, have analyzed the geopolitical difficulties in the Northeast Asia Cooperation , mainly included the security dilemma , the political environment dilemma and territorial disputes in Northeast Asia. Then for out of trouble from Northeast Asia cooperation , proposed to establish security mechanisms, to construct the harmony ideology, to sound the principles of international law, and analyzed and forecasted the predicament and pattern of the Northeast Asia Cooperation.The main theme running through this paper is to study and analyze the status of the Northeast Asia cooperation, to explore and forecast the future of the Northeast Asia cooperation. This paper with geopolitical as theory starting point, with cooperation as guiding ideology, using descriptive research method, on the one hand, right the Northeast Asia cooperation are longitudinal discussed from the history, reality, and future time dimensions; on the other hand, right the Northeast Asia cooperation are horizontal analysis from space dimension , comprehensively study the cooperation of Northeast Asia, helpful for countries in Northeast Asia to deep understanding the environment of cooperation, and then promote regional cooperation and regional integration.To promote cooperation in Northeast Asia is conducive to integrating resources, achieve optimal allocation of resources in Northeast Asia, promote the development of Northeast Asian countries; it is also beneficial to improve the international competitiveness and international influence of Northeast Asia, then create a better international environment for Northeast Asia, and realize the stability and prosperity of the Northeast Asian.
