Based on Mill View of Freedom and the Concept of Liberty in Berlin, discussed and compared to tease out from the beginning to the Mill View uphold the freedom of Berlin, namely, the minimum free area of human perseverance, or negative free stick. This chapter discusses the complete Mill in the thinking of the two components ------- utilitarianism, liberalism, the ideological core of Mill: the greatest happiness of most people is the freedom of this view. The second chapter introduces the main elements of thinking in Berlin ----- utopian ideas of positive freedom and criticism, and his negative freedom and positive freedom of distinguished creative ideas. Chapter III, based on Berlin's liberalism from Mill to the comparison of individual freedom of choice ------ insistence, while multiple Berlin made free analysis attempts to answer: an original multi-freedom or freedom of Mill Theory?
