Charity is a social career and also a ethical career .it's development need a social atmosphere and the supports of civil charity conscious. Charity conscious is the basis of ethical motivation of charity and the ethical supports.Charity conscious is a values. In the process of charity action , we can learn ,know and judge the ethical sense of the charity. Charity career need the improvements of the ethical senses and ethical feelings. So long as the devotion is to be an ethical popular, the charity career can develop deeply. So we must enhance people's charity conscious except the control of law and policy. We must foster the modern charity conscious such as responsibility,eguality and mutual aid voluntarism love supports, not personnel effort and thankful.This article is based on the ethical aspect .The people of charity conscious is positive efforts in charity; The devotions of people play an important part in the charity career.The article include four parts: first, the definition of the charity career and the charity conscious, the relationship of them.
