Study On Protecting System Of The College Student's Rights In China

This paper is starting with analyzing the current situation of college students'right protection, finding the existing problem and reasons and then combining the theory and practice from the US and Taiwan to give some suggestions to structure the system of college students'right protection.The paper includes four parts. The first part is mainly about an overview of college students'rights, including the concept of rights; the relationship between college and college students and the contents of college students'rights. The second part introduces the background and theoretical foundation of college students'rights protection and value analysis. The third part is an analysis of current situation of college students'rights protection in our country which is mainly carrying out in two fields: existing problems and the restricting factors of college students'right. The fourth part focuses on introducing the experience of the college students'right protection system in the U.S and Taiwan, by learning the experiment from them to get some inspirations. The fifth part focuses on building the rights protection system of college students. As the key part of this paper it is trying to construct the right protection system of college students from five aspects: training the rights awareness of student to form a self-governing organization protection, improving rules and regulations to form a legislation protection, fostering law notion to form a role of law managing college, and promoting diversification relief ways to form a all-directional relief protection.
