Economic compensation system is the characteristics of the labor law provisions, reflecting the tilt of our principle of protection for workers. "Labor Contract Law" in the "Labor Law", based on the expansion of the employers to give workers the case of economic compensation, such as an increase occurs when the labor contract is terminated due to expiration of the economy to pay compensation provisions and the removal of ordinary working limit the number of years by financial compensation, but still high-income cap, the new law making it significantly increased the slope protection efforts for workers. But as a system, the provisions on the economic compensation there are still many shortcomings to be to continue to explore and research.Exploration of this particular system, the paper is divided into four parts.The first part is a summary of the economic system described in compensation, respectively, from the definition of economic compensation, nature, character and narrative form to start.
