Investigation And Thought Of Domestic Violencein Rural Areas Of Gansu Province

Human right of women and other vulnerable groups is severely violated owing to widespread existing of domestic violence. Nowadays human right is more and more respected and protected in society, it is extremely necessary to research women's human rights, protect, and prevent domestic violence.Questions of domestic violence is obvious in Gansu province, especially, many questions can not be ignored in rural areas of 70% of total population. It is vital value of theory research and realistic significance that the status of proper knowledge and understanding of domestic violence, the origin of profound analysis, the approach of prevention and suppression of rational thinking domestic violence is discussed to protect the legitimate interests of many women, and establish harmony, tranquility family relationships, and build a socialist harmonious society.In this paper, the author firstly provides comprehensive informational basis for prevent and stop domestic violence by using a variety of empirical research methods, survey and characteristics of domestic violence in rural areas of the province status; Secondly, the author analyze the reasons for the existence of domestic violence in our province,the author analyze the reasons for the existence of domestic violence on a legal perspective and the current technical level of domestic violence prevention laws and regulations of the defects on from the legislative aspect, the results indicate that prevention of domestic violence is still not strong enough and complete by the analysis of the existing national legislation and local laws and regulations. Finally, the author put forward advice of domestic violence prevention and treatment recommendations, and content of the framework of the law be elaborated in order to be able to benefit domestic violence prevention law.
