The Study Of Ability Building In Guangxi Charitable Organizations

Since new China has been founded, the Guangxi charitable organization expands unceasingly, especially after 2003. As a result of some influencing factors, the Guangxi charitable organizations are in a low degree of development, in which one aspect is the insufficiency of charitable organization's ability building.In this paper, we take the Guangxi Red Cross--a famous charitable organization, as an example, and try to inspect its ability construction factors. They are resources mobilization and managing ability, the strategy, ability of public interaction and project operation. Throughout a complex inspection in Guangxi Red Cross, we found that there were three important reasons of ability insufficiency in these organizations.Therefore, the paper put forward to the development of chartable organizations in four aspects. One is straightening the relationship between government and charitable organizations. Two is constructing the reasonable system of legal affairs. Three is consummating of the self-managing charitable organizations.
